The inspiration for this design comes from my dear friend Abby. (yes, I said Dear Abby)

Let me tell you about Abby. Abby is fun, sweet, and a little wild, and I absolutely love her. Abby has this thing. She’s big on top…I mean, like double D big. The other day she was posting her frustration about not being able to find an American Flag bathing suit that was cute and fit her size…

Abby – I got you girl! Tasha to the rescue! p.s. – this is Abby and she’s pretty great.

She is a size 36DD. Yup, DD. I stepped up to the plate to help her carry those bajumba’s with pride .

The main pattern is written for cup size D-DD. I’ve included instructions and stitch counts on how to resize for smaller cup size. The body circumference is adjustable through the cord, so we are focusing on cup sizes here.

MATERIALS:
Suggested Yarn:
Lily Sugar n’ Cream: Colors: Red, White, Blue
Details:
100% Cotton (2.5oz/70.9 g, 120yds/109m).
Care: Wash cold to maintain color..
Yardage Needed: 1 skein of Red & White 2 skeins of Blue. 200-300 yards total.
Hook Size: 5 mm (H)
