This bonnet is knit flat using straight needles then seamed at the back. It is intended to be used as a photo prop in newborn photo sessions and to fit most newborn babies weighing between 5 and 8 lbs with a head circumference of 12”-13”. It is not intended for every day use.

STITCHES USED: Knit, purl, knitting two stitches together

MATERIALS: Chunky #5 yarn, 8mm (US11) straight needles, tapestry needle, measuring tape, scissors.
