Abraço Hat (Crochet)
by Sue Perez
This pattern is
available for free.
Abraço is Portuguese for hug, cuddle, or embrace - a good name for a baby hat. :)
A free crochet pattern designed for Hats for Brazil 2015, Abraço is easy-peasy and quick to make. Top-down, completely spiral construction means no pesky round joins. Dc clusters give a lacy look to the sides, and a simple shell border is perfect for folding up or wearing down.
Use any sport, dk, or worsted weight yarn with the appropriate size hook. Pattern gives suggested circumference/height measurements, with tips for adjusting size as needed.
Thanks for viewing, and happy crocheting!
