Abrams Falls
This lace shawl design features a fun boomerang shape. It begins with a small cast on and continues to grow as it is knit. This shawl was designed for a gradient yarn, but would look beautiful in any combination of colors or even a solid or tonal.
Abrams Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in the Cades Cove area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A nice round-trip hike of 5 miles gets you to the falls and back. It is named for the Cherokee Indian Chief Oskuah, who later changed his name to Abram.
