This design is all about the interplay of interesting surface textures worked in a snuggly soft yarn. The beautiful flowing cables create a mesmerizing wave pattern that is reversible and looks different depending on the viewing angle. The stitch pattern may look complicated at first, but it is created with simple ribbing and some basic cables.

Both of the Abri accessories, the hat and the cowl, knit up quickly thanks to the easy rhythm of the stitches and because they are worked at a larger gauge. The flexible stitch pattern allows for easy customization and the pieces can be made to fit anyone, men and women, from a small child to a large adult.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size, drape, and yardage requirement.
