Abstract Holly Mosaic Crochet
This is a versatile design for abstract holly. Instructions for placemats and table runners. Overlay Mosaic.
There are 8 different sections to allow you to get creative and make your own combination. I have also made some combinations for you.
This uses only back loop sc/dc and front loop dc/tr, so the design is simple. It does however use 2 colours in 1 row for the berries. I have explained colour changing. There are also YouTube videos already available for other designer explaining the colour changing techniques.
Included:
Charts and written instructions for 8 individual sections.
5 Charts of different combinations of some sections for placemats and table runners.
3 of these have full written instructions and 2 are chart only.
Basic envelope/double border instructions.
There is a PDF with charts on 1 page for using with apps etc. There is also a PDF with charts that will print (including relevant page breaks)
Yarn:
Chart 1 - 50% Bamboo 50% Cotton DK 125 m/50 g. I used about 150 g in total for 1 placemat. Approximately 78 g of C2 and 50 g of C1 and 22 g of C3 used.
Chart 2 - 100% Cotton DK 125 m/50 g. I used about 150 g in total for 1 placemat. Approximately 75 g of C2 and 55 g of C1 and 20 g of C3 used.
Chart 3 - 85% Cotton DK 155 m / 100 g. I used about 535 g in total. Approximately 275 g of C2 and 200 g of C1 and 60 g of C3 used. (All excluding a double border)
