These leafy legwarmers are perfect for fall, with their cascading lace/pseudo-cable pattern reminiscent of autumn leaves. Wear them over leggings for a splash of color, or under your boots for some extra warmth. Then frolic about in the fallen leaves to your heart’s content!

Sizing:
Pictured at 13.5” calf circumference by 8.5” long. Add or remove pattern repeats to customize sizes in 3” (7cm) increments. Simply cast on a multiple of 12 sts and follow the pattern as written. For less drastic changes, widen the purl column between pattern repeats to 2 or 3 sts.

Yarn:
I used Vanna’s Choice, pictured in the Honey colorway, but any similar worsted weight will do. The size pictured used the entire 170 yards; larger sizes will require more yarn.
