Do you want to feel like a painter while you are knitting with hand dyed yarns? Then this small project is the right experiment for you! It is very simple yet highly creative knitting with dynamic pooling. While you are knitting the picture evolves to unexpected beauty. You will see regularities but more often irregularities which add charm to the ‘painting’.
I used color Louvre from Misti Alpaka hand painted sock yarn, which I find especially inspiring. I tried French Wine, Provence and Tilt a Whirl which also work. Some colors like Treasure are a bit tricky because of their extremely short bits of color, they also work but I would not begin with them.
