This cardigan is knit in the round with steeks. Necks also
with steeks so no knitting back and forth.
The repeats are small so no floats. It is asymmetrical and
each vertical pattern is different. Large clear charts. Easy to
follow patterns once established.
These small designs were inspired by åklær weaving patterns
from many different areas in Norway. The colors are very
traditional. I am anxious for someone to make this for a
man with greys or blues! Pattern is in English but I will
try to get it into Norwegian soon.
I tried to increase the option of different sizes in this pattern.

Medium size is on US 1 and 2 needles. I used 4 colors in
Finullgarn. 6,4,4, and 3 50 gm balls.

Gauge Notes:
XXL uses 3.25mm needles and gauge of 28 sts/ 32R = 4”

I have totally rewritten this pattern remaking all the charts for clarity. Also added smaller and larger sizes to 58.5”
