Meet Ada, the Snowflake! She likes to dance with her friends while she journeys through the air.
Ada’s name comes from Nifáda (νιφάδα) which means “snowflake” in Greek.
LANGUAGE:
English (US terminology)
MATERIALS:
-Cotton yarn in 3 colors
-Thread of (dark) gray and white yarn
-Crochet hook for the yarn you use (I used a 2,5mm hook)
-Stitch marker or a thread of yarn
-Scissors
-Tapestry needle
-Soft toy stuffing
SIZE:
If made with suggested yarn and hook, Ada will be approximately 23 cm | 9 inches tall.
LEVEL:
Intermediate
SKILLS NEEDED:
-Basic crochet stitches like chain, slip stitch, single crochet.
-You should know how to: make a magic ring, work in continuous rounds (spiral), sc increase and sc (invisible) decrease.
-Basic sewing skills to sew parts together.
