Hat is worked in rows. Top shaping is done by working short rows, completed in sections. Band is worked at the same time, at the opposite end of the short rows. Hat is joined as last row is worked. Hat is made entirely of basic stitches.

Pattern includes instructions for 6 sizes, designed to fit the following head circumferences:
0-3M: 14-15 inches
6-12M: 16-17 inches
Toddler: 18-19 inches
Child: 20-21 inches
Adult S/M: 21-22 inches
Adult L/XL: 23-24
