These wrist warmers are simple and fast to work up and they are an ideal project for beginners as they use only 3 stitches. They are made with Drops Puna, which is a lovely and soft 100% Alpaca yarn, and a 4 mm hook.

The pattern is written out in both UK and US terms on my blog with photos to illustrate the different stages. They are simple, yet stylish, and can be made in one colour as well as different stripe variations.

They can be made with other yarns as long as the yardage is similar. It’s a good project to carry around with you as the first part is making a square of half treble/half double rows, which doesn’t require referring to a pattern all the time.
