So here’s my first of hopefully many Freebie Patterns to be posted on my Blog. I just love headbands, and they’re all the rage lately, so here’s a wide and chunky design I’ve come up with! I added two buttons, making it adjustable, which in turn makes the ideal handmade gift, as it doesn’t have to be sized to perfection, and you don’t have to worry about it not fitting the recipient. Kind of a one size fits all!

This headband is made with 2 strands of worsted weight yarn (top sample using Patons Classic Wool #244077 – Currant, and bottom sample using #77307 - Plum Heather), 4.5mm (size 7 U.S.) knitting needles, and 2 - 1 ¼” buttons. Less than one skein of yarn used.
