This pattern was developed independently to Martina Behms Lapislazuli. They differ significantly in the process, however yielding a similar shape when looking from afar. The designers are both aware and fine with it.

Diese Anleitung ist unabhängig zu Martina Behms Lapislazuli entstanden. Sie verwenden unterschiedliche Techniken bzw. Maschenmuster, nur das optische Resultat ist von weitem ähnlich. Die Designerinnen wissen davon, haben sich darüber verständigt und können beide damit leben.

Pattern notes:
The wrap is worked from center to border and can be easily customized (length/width) and pattern rows may be replaced by different ones in different places (or different colors). You should follow (more or less) the increase rows to achieve the curves of the wrap.

The construction is like a Pi-Shawl with two halves and a rectangle in between.
