“Adonis” is a circle-shaped doily which can be turned into a rug/carpet by taking larger hooks and jumbo yarn weights.

The pattern is written in English in US standard terms. You will find written instructions for each round + links to helpful VIDEOS (the voice is speaking in Russian, but the instructions are clear without any sound at all and completed with using thick cord and large hook, so it will be easy to watch).
This pattern is not sensitive to gauge.
Yarn: 218 yds (200 m) of light fingering cotton yarn with about 219 yds per 1.75 oz.
Hook: steel hook 2.25 mm US 2 steel
finished measurement – 12” (30-31 cm) in diameter if you use recommended yarn weight and hook.
