Adonis Wrap
Wear this curve of style anytime you need to transition between the seasons. A crescent of garter stitch is edged with a contrasting ribbed eyelet ruffle, changing one yarn color while keeping the second constant in this double-stranded beauty. Use one strand of variegated fingering weight yarn with a soft worsted weight yarn for deep visual texture.
Finished size:
60 inches long, 16 inches wide at center
Materials:
base yarn: 600 yards of worsted weight yarn
accent yarn: 600 yards of fingering weight yarn
NOTE: One of your yarns should be divided in half between two colors. The jade sample had two different colors of fingering weight yarn, and the tangerine sample had two different colors of worsted weight yarn.

Berroco Ultra Alpaca, 50% alpaca and 50% wool, 100 grams and 215 yards, 3 hanks(jade sample, color 6291, and tangerine sample, colors 62179 and 62180)
Spud & Chloe Sweater, 45% organic cotton, 55% wool, 100 grams and 160 yards, 4 hanks
Malabrigo Merino Worsted, 100% merino wool, 100 grams and 210 yards, 3 hanks
Recommended fingering weight yarns:
Dream in Color Smooshy, 100% superwash merino wool, 113 grams and 450 yards, 2 hanks (jade sample, colors good luck jade and beach fog)
Noro Taiyo Sock, 50% cotton, 17% wool, 17% nylon, and 16% silk, 100 grams and 462 yards, 2 balls (tangerine sample, color S7)
Malabrigo Sock, 100% merino wool, 100 grams and 440 yards, 2 hanks
Gauge: 13 sts and 26 rows to 4 inches in garter stitch on smaller needles
