This pattern is for adorable pouches in any size made with the beautiful Tunisian honeycomb stitch, worked in the round - double-ended Tunisian crochet hook required! (4mm). The pouch is worked directly into the zipper to avoid sewing, so a tiny regular crochet hook is also required to pierce the zipper fabric (1.5mm). You will need 2 contrasting balls of yarn for the foreground and background in sport weight; I recommend cotton, linen or a blend with nylon or polyamide, but really any sport weight yarn will look great. The pattern is fully supported by a video on my Youtube channel that demonstrates the entire project, including brief demonstrations of the basic Tunisian crochet techniques you need (simple stitch, purl stitch, and working in the round). Gauge is given, but is not important because the size of the pouch is determined by the size of your zipper - choose 3-4 inches for a tiny change purse or up to 13 inches for a laptop case, or anything in between.
