For those who haven’t been able to purchase my book from abroad, I’m working on releasing English versions of the most beloved patterns from the collection. Progress has been slow, but thank you so much for patiently waiting for the Adored Rib Cardigan in English. As a small thank you for your patience, enjoy 20% off until Sunday, April 20th (KST)!

The yarn used in the sample is sold in Korea and not available on Ravelry, but I recommend using a fingering + mohair combo or a sport weight yarn. This design looks beautiful in any yarn and is perfect for everyday wear so I hope you’ll knit it in a yarn you love!

This design was first released in 2021 and has gone through several updates since then. This version is the most recent one, featured in the book 숲닛츠의 따뜻한 손뜨개 니트 by Soopknits.

CONSTRUCTION
The cardigan is worked top-down. Sloped shaping is added at the back shoulders, followed by the armhole. Stitches are then picked up at the shoulders to work the fronts. At the underarm, the front and back pieces are joined to continue working the body. The button band is worked imultaneously with the body. Stitches are picked up around the armholes to knit the sleeves in the round, and around the neckline to work the neckband.
