This pattern is more like a recipe for a custom sized cowl using up mini skeins . The design is based on Yarn Twisters 2021 Advent that included 210 yds of a main colour and 20 mini skeins of approx. 84yds each. Figure out what size would suit you best and start playing with colour!

Finished sizes:

Extra Long Fingering Weight Version: this version can easily be wrapped around the neck 3 times, if you like a warm generous cowl, this is the one for you! This version will use up all of the yarn provided with the advent calendar
Length before seaming ends: 100” (254cm); Circumference after seaming ends: 50” (127cm); Width of cowl: 7.5”

Long Fingering Weight Version: this version is half the size of the Extra long version, good for wrapping around your neck twice, this version will use all of the main colour and approx. 1/2 of each of the mini skeins
Length before seaming ends: 55” (140cm); Circumference after seaming ends: 27.5” (70cm); Width of cowl: 7.5”

Bonus Version: Long Worsted Weight: this version will be approx. the size of the Long Fingering Weight Version, just a bit thicker! To knit this version you will need to hold the yarn doubled and use 4.5mm to 5mm needles
