This is a simple crochet baby sock using an innovative (well, I think so, but I might be biassed) heel method. I wanted to create a crochet baby sock that looked as cute as a knitted sock - socks crocheted in bigger stitches often looked too chunky and bulky for baby feet.

In order to combat the dreaded Second Sock Syndrome, I decided to make them into an Advent calendar. I crocheted 24 (once you get the pattern down, you can easily manage two or three in an evening) and hung them up in our living room on December 1st.
