Each stocking, mitten and hat is knit flat and then seamed; numbered for each day up until Christmas. Each stocking, hat and mitten is about 2 inches by 3 inches and the I-cord is about 6 1/2 feet long, great for draping across the mantle or on the tree! Numbers are embroidered using the stem stitch. Mittens, stockings and hats are done in fair isle, stripes or solid color. Charts given for the fair isle designs.
