As a Catholic, the Christmas season begins on Christmas and lasts through the Epiphany. The time before Christmas, when most people are gearing up for the holiday, is the Advent season for the Catholic Church. One symbol is the Advent Wreath. I wanted a little brooch for this season, while everyone else is decked out in green and red.
