This is a great stash-busting pattern. The design is worked by measured size, not specific guage. The guage and needle size listed are standard for Red Heart Classic.

This pattern assumes basic skills in knitting (or crocheting) to make fabric panels to size desired as specified in instructions. Knowledge of how to sew a seam is required. Knowledge of how to create an i-cord or crocheted chain is needed. Alternately, you could sew ribbons on for ties.
