Advent-urous cowl is designed specially for Advent calendar mini skeins, but it can easily be made with leftovers or just two alternating colours.

The cowl is knitted top-down. It starts as a triangual shawl would start, but stitches are later joined for working in the round to create a shawl-like cowl.

Get into the Christmas spirit with knitting. Starting December 1 you will knit a small part of the cowl every day. On December 24 you will end up with a cowl for you to wear for the holiday festivities or a last minute gift to give away.

Needles: 3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle 60 cm / 24’’ long 3.25 / US 3 circular needle 60 cm / 24’’ long for edging

Yarn: Pipa Yarns Soft Merino 4ply (100% Merino; 400 m / 437 yards per 100 g / 3.53 oz ball)
