These Grecian fairisle mitts are worked in the round from cuff to palm. The design pays homage to my heritage with a Greek key design and geometric waves of the Aegean Sea. A pair of mitts can be knitted with two 50g balls of 4-ply yarn (one of each colour), leaving plenty to spare for other projects, so they are affordable to make and make perfect gifts.

Each mitt measures approximately 17 ½ cm (7 inches)
from cuff to palm edge.

Materials required:-

  • 1 set of circular needles size 2mm (US0) or size needed to match gauge
  • 1 darning/wool needle for weaving in ends
