African Belle is a loose very feminin summer swing/A-line cardigan.

This cardigan is worked from the bottom edge and up with a modified drop shoulder and small sleeve cap construction.

The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 21 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 120 meters per 50 grams.

This pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with chest width 101 (108, 116, 124, 132, 140) centimeters and a length of 58 (60, 62, 63, 64, 65) centimeters. Size XL pictured.

This is a relatively easy pattern for a knitter who is familiar with stockinette stitch (worked in the round as well as back and forth), a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, pick up stitches, work button holes as well as increases and decreases.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
