I don’t have a yardage because I used scraps to make this hat. It is perfect for using up larger amounts of scraps and it adds to the uniqueness of the look, too. It helps to have made African Flower motifs before but it is not necessary. To adjust it to a child/teen size simply use a smaller hair elastic and decrease the HDC around the elastic by multiples of 4.
