You can of course use any brand of double-knit/light/ 3 weight

Black-Cauldron 180g
Purple-Zombie 90g
White - small amount for around the eyes
Safety eyes 24mm x 2 18mm x2
20cm / 8inches Polystyrene wreath ring
15cm / 6inches polystyrene wreath ring.

Hooks required
2.5 mm

Size
By using this yarn and hook sizes your finished spider wreath will be roughly
60 cm/24 inches in width
35cm/14 inches in width.

This pattern uses US terms, the hats are worked in a spiral so using stitch markers is highly recommended 
Ch = chain stitch
Sc = single crochet
Hdc = half double crochet
Dc = double crochet

BLO = Back loop only
