A traditional FairIsle yoke Sweater, designed exclusively for us by award winning knitwear designer Helen Connington. Knit in pure Wensleydale 4-ply yarn.

Named in memory of the floods which devastated large parts of the Yorkshire Dales during the Summer of 2019.

The knitting kit includes the Pattern and pure Wensleydale Longwool Sheep Shop worsted spun 4 Ply yarn (two x 50g balls of contrasting colour plus the main colour quantity you choose).

The jumper is knit on 2.5mm and 3mm needles.

Select the two wool colours of your choice (main and contrast). You can choose your own colour combinations (see colour chart), or choose from one of our sample pictures. If unsure give us a call.

The price of the kit will vary depending upon the quantity of wool required for your selected jumper size. When selecting size please bear in mind that these are actual measurements. If you want a looser fit then select a larger size.

The required quantities for the body of the jumper are as follows:

34” & 36” (86.36cm & 91.44cm) 8 x 50g balls

38” (96.52cm) 9 x 50g balls

40” & 42” (101.6cm & 106.68cm) 10 x 50g balls

44” & 46” (111.76cm & 116.84cm) 11 x 50g balls
