This morning I followed a little coyote up a pine-covered hill and through a grassy meadow in the light, misty rain that comes with California winters. It was a beautiful morning, watching the rain gently give way for a few spots of washed-out sunlight to show themselves before the fog rolled back in; the perfect morning for knitting and drinking chamomile tea.
