5 2-oz. spools of black thread No. 20
2 balls white crochet cotton No. 40
2 No. 10 (3.25 mm) and 2 No. 12 (2.75 mm) knitting needles
A No. 6 (1 mm) crochet hook
3 small white buttons

Measurements:
Length, 18 inches
Bust size, 34 inches
Sleeve seam, 4.5 inches

Tension:
With No. 12 needles, about 11 sts to 1 inch; with No. 10 needles about 10 sts to 1 inch; both measured over patter in double thread.
