I made a mistake when I was writing all this down. Here are the corrections by section. I will issue the corrected pattern when I update with the additional sizes.

Errata:

Divide for Body and Sleeves (RS): place sts to marker for Right Back onto holder; leave the sts to the next marker for the First Sleeve on the needles; place sts to next marker for the Front onto onto the same holder as the previous sts; place sts to next marker for the Second Sleeve onto a separate holder; place sts to next marker for Left Back onto the same holder as the Front.

SLEEVES
With the sts for the First Sleeve on the needles.

Place the sts for the second sleeve on the needles and repeat rows 1-4.

BODY
Place the sts from the holder onto needles starting with right back, front and left back.  Check to make sure the panels are not twisted. 
Row 1 (WS): border k3, purl while joining the end of each panel to the beginning of the next panel to last 3 sts; border k3
