Agate Cove Pullover
If you would like to be the first to hear about new pattern releases, get special subscriber only discounts, and generally keep in touch with Knitwise Design, you may want to sign up for my newsletter: News and Notes from Knitwise Design.
You can knit this intriguing three-color yoke pattern with simple slip and purl stitches while using only one color per round. Inspired by the rocky coves where I live in downeast Maine, this is a classic sweater you will wear for years.
This pattern is appropriate for an intermediate knitter who is comfortable knitting in the round on circular and double point needles. The sweater is knit circularly from the neck down, transitioning from yoke increases to raglan increases near the underarms. Short rows are used in the yoke for shaping. There are optional hip increases for slight A-line. The pattern is 6 pages long and has been test knit and professionally tech edited to be clear and free of errors.
