Agnes
There is something luxurious of wrapping a large, comfy, warm and yet light shawl around your shoulders, don’t you think?
In the chill of a summer night breeze, a winter’s day walk by the sea or less romantic - in the office air-condition Agnes is like a big warm hug wrapping all around you giving you the snugly comfy comfort you need.
Combining the wool/cotton blend yarn with the fluffiness of the mohair fibres gives Agnes this inviting, warm and comfy feel - to knit and to wear. Agnes combines rhythmic repetitions of a lace pattern interchanged with simple stockinette breaks, giving an interesting graphic structure.
Agnes is an entertaining knit for the advanced beginner wanting to embark on lace knitting and a relaxing, yet interesting knit for experienced knitters. The pattern includes written and charted instructions.
