Agnes Romper Dress
Agnes Romper Dress is a dress and romper in one with a wide skirt and a wide and lightly ruffled collar. The romper dress is worked from the bottom up, both flat and in the round, using 1 strand of Merino, Cotton Merino or Pure Silk.
The inner romper is worked up to the underarms first. Then the skirt is worked from the bottom up before the romper and skirt are knitted together. Next, sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up and then joined with the body on one needle before the yoke is shaped with raglan decreases. The ruffled collar is worked back and forth as well as sideways and is knitted together with the yoke at the final step. Agnes Romper Dress is closed with buttons at the crotch and also at the keyhole opening at back-neck.
