The Agnes Sweater V-Neck is a drop shoulder sweater in the textured pattern with the folded v-neck band. First, the back yoke is worked with increases for the shoulder slope. Then the shoulders are pick up from the back yoke and worked separately until the v-neck edge. When the front and the back yokes are done, the two pieces are joined in the round and worked down to the ribbing. The rib for the body is worked after a row of increases to complete the straight silhouette of the sweater. The sleeves are worked in the round and finished with the long ribbing, after increases as the body. The neck band is worked with decreases and increases at the center of the v-neck to create the folded neck band.

The Agnes Sweater V-Neck requires cast on, knit and purl stitches, brioche stitch (brioche knit, sl1yo), increases (M1L, M1R, double increase), decrease (k2tog, ssk), picking up stitches, double knitting and tubular bind off.
