This pattern is not sensitive to gauge, finished measurement will depend on individual tension.
If you use the recommended yarn and hook, the finished size should be around 185 x 110 cm or 73x43”

Polyester cord with core 5 mm, total 1969 yards (1800 m)
hook 7.00 mm or the closest one suitable for 5 mm cord.
