Air romper.
Work direction:
Air romper is worked from the bottom up. At first, the front and back part of the crotch is knitted. Then the body is worked in round. Next the back with straps and the front are knitted separately. And finally, the bottom edge is worked. At last, sew buttons.
Yarn: 160-165 m/50 g).
Recommended yarn: Berroco modern cotton DK, Katia fair cotton, Drops baby merino, Alize cotton gold, Concept cotton cashmere, Naco fiore, Silky wool, Gazzal baby cotton, Premier cotton fair, Drops safran.
Yarn required: 100 (100) 150 (200) g.
Needles: 3,5 mm and 4 mm circular needles with cable lengths 40 cm.
Notions/accessories: 3 mm crochet hook, tapestry needle, markers, contrast color waste yarn, 5 buttons (diameter approx. 10 mm).
Gauge:
Make a gauge swatch and count your stitches after wash and block!
Needle sizes are only suggestions. If your knitting shows tighter tension, use thicker needles, for looser tension use thinner needles.
Approx. 24 sts * 36 rows = 1010 cm in pattern with 4 mm needles.
