Airport Socklets
Since I hate walking on the cold floors of airport in my bare feet, I knit up some socklets especially for travel. Now when I slip off my shoes for that checkpoint, my feet are still comfortable.
Knit from the toe up. No heels to turn, just knit until almost long enuf and end with a 3-needle bind off. The Fair Isle patterning can be improvised, but adds some extra padding to the soles. Bon voyage!
