A cozy, quick lap robe for a cold winter day. This could be knit as a gift, for charity or for yourself. It knits quickly and you will not be bored.

The pattern is knitted with a worsted weight and baby/sport weight yarn held together. (I do this because the afghans knit quickly. The majority of my afghans are donated to charity.)

Knitting this with a size 8 needle and one strand of worsted weight would work as well.

It is helpful to place markers between every 8 stitches to maintain pattern.
