The vest is knitted completely seamlessly from top to bottom, and features diagonal shoulders with a slight drop. The sizing is slightly looser than usual.

The colorwork design is created using a slipped-stitch pattern that repeats every 4 rows.

Description: Begin knitting the back from the top down to the armholes. Then, pick up the stitches on each shoulder and shape the neckline. Continue knitting the front piece back and forth until the armholes are reached. When you reach the armholes’ end, join the front and back pieces and knit in a circle until finished. Finally, knit the collar.

Finished sizes (with approx. 10-15 cm of positive ease):
Bust circumference (cm): XS (S, M, L) 98 (104, 112, 122).

Needle: To create the desired swatch size, use a 4mm circular knitting needle or adjust the needle size accordingly. Additionally, use a 5 mm crochet hook to finish the armholes.

Notions: Required accessories for this project include: markers, yarn to hold the stitches, and a tapestry needle.

Gauge: After washing and blocking
The gauge in stockinette stitch is 21 stitches by 32 rows per 10 cm / 4” .

Terms: standard US
