You can finish this sweater in a weekend! Because it’s made with chunky wool yarn, it works up super quickly.
This is beginner friendly knitting pattern and is easy to make.

♥ OVERVIEW
This chunky sweater has a classic minimalist look that you’re going to love.
It is slightly oversized for comfort, but very feminine and pretty in design and shape. Bulky sweater will accentuate your fragility. It won’t make you look larger, on a contrary, it will contrast your thin wrists and broad sleeves.

The Alaska Dream sweater is worked in the round with circular needle, bottom up as far as the armholes. Then the front and back pieces are finished separately, back and forth on circular needle.
The sleeves are worked back and forth with circular needle top-down.
The collar is worked in the round with circular needle to finish.
The pieces are sewn together to finish. Because of the weight of the yarn and knitting style this sweater stretches well.

♥ SIZES: XS, S, M, L, M, XL, 2XL, 3XL.
This sweater has approx 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) of positive easy at the bust.
Finished Sweater measurements: approx. 100-105-112-118-124-130-136 cm or 40-41-44-46-49-51-53 inches
I wear size S (my bust is 90 cm/ 35 inches).

♥ STITCHES - simple Knit and Purl stitches (Garter stitch, Rib), K2tog (decreases in the sleeves).

♥ YARN - Super chunky yarn is great for beginner knitters. It works up really fast and you can also see what you are doing easily. It is simple to spot and correct any mistakes, and knitting with chunky yarn is generally just a lot of fun.
You can choose one of the yarns specified in the sweater pattern or something similar enough. I used Crazy Sexy Wool yarn (color Ivory White) for this project.

“Crazy Sexy Wool” by Wool and the Gang or “The Wool” by We are knitters (100% wool, 200 grams/80 metres).
you will need 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8 skeins for your size.

♥ NEEDLES - circular needles 15 mm (US 19) - 80 cm/ 32 inches total length.
