These mittens provide a lot of warmth and comfort for the hands. Warmth comes from the dense but soft woolen fabric and the additional comfort from the mitten structure. The top of the mitten is asymmetrical and the arched thumb gusset, placed more on the palm side, allows the thumb to move naturally in all directions without causing the mitten top to rotate around.

The mittens are knit from the top down. The thumb is knit first and joined to the hand in the thumb crotch.

Right and left mitten are mirrored. Both mittens have their own charts.

Näillä lapasilla pärjää aika pitkälle. Tiivis ja pehmeä villainen neulos pitää pakkasen loitolla ja lapasen rakenne lisää käyttömukavuutta. Epäsymmetrinen kärki vastaa käden muotoa ja hieman kämmenpuolelle siirretty intialainen peukalokiila jättää peukalolle liikkumatilaa kaikkiin suuntiin ilman, että lapasen kärjen tarvitsisi pyöriä mukana.
