I worked this cowl from the top down so that when you finish and turn the cowl over the pattern comes out looking like the outlines of our local mountain peaks. The colour I chose is very light pink, which we can see often during summer sunrises in the Rockies – it creates such a soft view of the peaks.

Gauge – unblocked
11 stitches and 13 Rows = 5 cm / 2 inches in lace stitch pattern in the round on US 7 (4.5 mm) needles

est. 85 g / 3 oz. (170 m / 185 yds)
Yarn - Estelle Worsted 200 m / 100 g (219 yds / 3.5 oz), 1 ball. Colour Q61239, Peony. Any currently available Worsted (#4) yarn with similar yardage may be substituted.
Needles - US 7 (4.5 mm) circular, 56cm /22” long, or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions - Stitch markers, tapestry needle
