Digital chart and instructions in English (US terms) with detailed photos for creating the “Alexander” snake pattern in mosaic crochet. This pattern uses the overlay mosaic crochet technique.

Pattern includes 2 charts, head first and tail first, with instructions for customizing the snake sizes. Pattern also includes instructions for creating a square or rectangular pillow pictured here. You can also use the charts to create anything from pillows to blankets, placemats, rugs, clothes and more!

This is an advanced level mosaic crochet pattern. The pattern is chart based and NOT written row by row. These charts have several special stitches, and each pattern includes a detailed photo tutorial of those stitches, as well as reference photos for completed rows. If you’re new to mosaic crochet there are links to video tutorials within the pattern to help teach you the technique and how to read a chart pattern.
