ABOUT
This hat is knit from the bottom up in the round with a double brim for extra warmth around the ears. Sizing is intended to fit an average woman’s head which is 21-23” as stated in the CYC sizing standards.

SKILLS
This pattern is an easy level, appropriate for an experienced beginner. Skills needed: casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, knitting in the round, knitting 2 stitches together.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

• Size 6mm 16” circular needles (or DPNs if preferred)
• 1 skein of Lion Brand Jeans yarn
• stitch marker
• yarn/tapestry needle
• scissors
