I designed this sweater for Alex.

This pattern has been revised, updated and simplified.
The look of the sweater has not changed!

This sweater is designed to be knit flat and seamed.

Feel free to use any dk yarn, not everyone likes to knit in cotton.

The borders are knit in k2, p2 rib stitch.

A=green, B=orange and C=turquoise, but the colour combinations are endless! The stripes on the sleeves are not set in gold, feel free to experiment and have fun.

Twist yarn securely where colours meet and weave ends as you go.

I have done the maths for you, the pattern is written with clear, easy instructions; simply follow them row by row!
