Materials and tools

1. Sport weight/4ply yarn 330m/100 g
2. Hook size 1.75 mm (US 4) (or whatever you usually use for this yarn)
3. Safety eyes size 8 mm
4. Toys stuffing material - fiberfill
5. Stitch marker
6. Long needle for sewing pieces
7. Pins
8. Ribbon for the neck

You can use any yarn and hook size. This will only change the size of the toy and its quality.

Abbreviations
In this pattern we use US crochet terminology.
MR - magic ring
sc - single crochet
inc - increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec - decrease (crochet 2 sc together)
sl st - slip stitch
ch - chain
(…)repeat N times - repeat instruction in brackets N times
(N) - total number of stitches in a round
