Alice is a seamless, scoop neck, cap-sleeved opened cardigan mostly worked flat, from the top down, shaped with short rows.
The cardigan features an interesting asymmetrical shaping with floral lace details and very feminine lines!
Alice is intended to be worn with zero or little negative ease.
This garment is ideal to use small amounts of very special yarn!

Sizes: XS (S, M1, M2, L1, L2, 1X, 2X).
Finished chest circumference: 28 (31 , 34¾, 37, 39, 41, 46¼, 49¾) inches/ 72 (79, 88, 94, 99, 104, 117, 126) cm.
Sample shown in size XS worn on a 31 inches/ 79 cm bust, with 3 inches/7 cm of negative ease. Please choose a size close to your actual measurements.

Materials:
♡ Approx. 500 (650, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1500) yards/ 450 (600, 750, 850, 950, 1100, 1200, 1400) meters of sport/ light dk weight yarn.
Sample shown in handspun single ply yarn (70% Extrafine Merino 30% Tussah Silk; 12-14 WPI on average; approx. 350 yards per 100 grams).

♡ 36” / 90cm or longer US7/4.5mm circular needle or different size to obtain gauge.
♡ US7/4.5mm DPNs (optional, for sleeves).
♡ 8 stitch markers.
♡ darning needle.
♡ waste yarn or stitch holders.
♡ 2 small buttons.

Gauge (after blocking):
19.5 sts & 24 rows = 4 inches/ 10 cm in stst on main needle.
