Miniature crochet can seem daunting,but this dress only uses very basic stitches and all it takes is a little patience. I take you through the whole process in this very detailed pattern with many drawings and pictures to help you along in case you have never constructed a doll dress before.

MATERIALS NEEDED :

• 0.6 mm hook (US n°14 steel hook)
• Sulky Rayon 30 embroidery thread by Gütermann , blue and white
• White Swiss cotton entredeux, 1/8” wide, with 17 eyelets (including the ribbon loops) per inch (a source is given in the pattern)
• 4 beads (2 mm diameter) to use as buttons to fasten the dress
• Short length of black embroidery ribbon
• Glue
• For the playing card decorations on the hem : opaque UV resin in red and black, miniature silicone mold (a source is given in the pattern).

Skill level : intermediate. I use US crochet terms. Basic crochet stitch instructions are not included.
